Ben Greenaway
Ben is a qualified Town Planner, awarded an MA with Distinction in Environmental and Spatial Planning at Birmingham City University and is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Ben has over 16 years experience in both the public and private sectors, having worked previously at Worcester City Council and Malvern Hills District Council before moving into private consultancy with EJ Planning. Ben went onto found Greenaway Planning Ltd in 2018 and has sought to offer practical and clear advice to a growing client base.
Simon Rowles
Simon embarked on his planning career in 2005 and has since worked across Herefordshire and Worcestershire; gaining valuable experience at Herefordshire Council, Malvern Hills District Council and Wychavon District Council at Principal and Senior Planning Officer levels. During his time in local government, Simon dealt with a wide range of planning applications and appeals involving a spectrum of scale and complexity. Simon has been a full Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2015 and joined Greenaway Planning at the start of 2024.
